Responsibilities:

  • The role involves supporting existing and prospective customers while deploying and using the software.
  • The software involves server side component running on J2EE server as well as a desktop agent.
  • The role involves interfacing with various customers and prospects during presales or post sales phase. This will involve deploying various components of the software, configuring them to integrate with the existing client environment. It will also involve installation of Active Directory, Databases, J2EE web servers, desktop agents, configuring and maintaining different virtual machines.
  • The person will also be responsible for maintaining various demo systems for the product including live demos hosted on the internet.

Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate should hold a technical degree (Engg or MCA or BSC/MSC COMP SC ). He/She should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • The candidate should have a good understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory, Databases like Oracle/MSSQL, LDAP, J2EE web servers like Tomcat.
  • He/she should have a working knowledge on how to install and configure above applications including things like database backups and recovery, database connection pooling, configuring server for SSL connection etc.
  • The candidate should have very good communication skills. He/she should be able to interface with the customer’s IT teams.
  • Candidate should have a valid passport.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: 25,000 to 35,000 PM CTC
