Post: Sr. Analyst Application and Implementation Support - Mumbai

Responsibilities: The role involves interfacing with our clients during presales and post sales phase for Implementation & Delivery and for providing Technical Support. The software involves server side component using J2EE server, database servers as well as a desktop agent.

1) Implementation and Delivery:

• Providing technical and product expertise for deploying and integrating our Information Rights Management solution within a customer environment.
• This will involve deploying and configuring various components like application server, database server, LDAP server etc.
• This will also involve understanding the infrastructure setup at customer organization in terms of firewalls, DMZ, Active Directory, User Identify Management, database servers etc.
• Will involve configuring Seclore solution to work seamlessly with the existing customer IT infrastructure.
• It may also involve training, handholding of end users, administrators and support staff from customer organization.

2) Technical Support:

• Detailed technical analysis and resolving issues faced.
• Ticketing and subsequent follow up via telephone and email is also involved.
• The person will also be responsible for maintaining various demo systems for the product including live demos hosted on the internet.
• The person may also be involved during the pre-sales stage to provide technical expertise / support on the product.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should have very good communication skills. He / she should be able to interface with the customer’s IT teams.
• The candidate should have a good understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory, Databases like Oracle/MSSQL, LDAP, J2EE web servers like Tomcat, SSL connectivity.
• Flexible and open to traveling as he/she may need to frequently travel to customer locations.
• The candidate should hold a technical degree (Engineering or MCA). He / She should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
