RAJU REDDYExecutive Vice President for Global Services – Hitachi Consulting
Raju Reddy is the Executive Vice President for Global Services at Hitachi Consulting. In addition, Raju serves on the boards of both Hitachi Consulting U.S. and Hitachi Consulting India entities.

Raju previously was the Founder and CEO of Sierra Atlantic, a company that grew to be a best-in-class global services company over a period of 17 years under his leadership and was consistently ranked amongst the best managed companies. Sierra Atlantic was acquired by Hitachi Consulting in December 2010. Prior to founding Sierra Atlantic in 1993, he spent 10 years at Intel in software development, marketing, and general management.

Raju is actively engaged in the community and serves in leadership roles in various non-profits and enjoys working with young entrepreneurs in a mentorship role. He currently serves on the Board of India Community center in Milpitas, California and is the Chairman of BITSAA Intl, the alumni body of India’s #1 private University, BITS Pilani. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Puente, a Wharton School non-profit program which helps under privileged communities worldwide gain access to technology. He also co-founded SIPA (Silicon Valley Indian Professional Association) in 1987 and was instrumental in starting the TiE Chapter in Hyderabad, India.

Raju holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

RAHUL CHANDRACo-Founder and Managing Director – Helion
Rahul Chandra is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Helion and has 17 years of venture capital investing and corporate development experience in technology product and services companies in India and the US. He serves on the Boards of Shubham, UnitedLex, Netambit, Mindworks and Seclore, and manages investments in Spandana and Equitas. Since co-founding Helion Advisors in 2006, a $600M India focused venture fund, he has defined investment themes in Financial Services, Outsourcing and is currently focused on Mobility.
Rahul is one of the earliest members of the venture capital fraternity in India. In 1997, as the first employee for Walden International’s India focused venture fund, he has worked closely with the second wave of IT services companies like Mindtree (Public), Techspan (Headstrong acquired by Genpact) and Sierra Atlantic (acquired by Hitachi). From 2000 to 2005 based in the Silicon Valley with Walden’s Palo Alto office, he invested in startups in the areas of Communications, Storage and Security.

He has invested in more than 30 early-to-mid-stage companies such as Mindtree, Ikanos(IKAN), e4e Inc and Techspan (Headstrong). Prior to Walden, he worked in the Capital Markets Group at Lazard India, and in the Primary Market Department at the Securities Exchange Board of India.

Rahul has an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and graduated from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in 1993.

MANISH GUPTA Senior Vice President of Products -- FireEye
As Senior Vice President of Products at FireEye, Manish brings close to 15 years of experience in leading product management, product strategy, and product marketing at top tier technology companies such as Cisco, McAfee, Redback Networks, and Intel. Most recently, Manish was the Vice President of Marketing for the Security Technology business unit at Cisco, where he defined their three-year security strategy.
From 2007 to 2012, Manish held a Vice-President position at McAfee where he led product strategy for a $300M+ product portfolio. He was awarded his M.B.A. in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and holds an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.
Kirill Kozhevnikov
Kirill KozhevnikovManaging Director and Partner of Insitel/Sistema Asia Fund Advisory
Kirill Kozhevnikov is the Managing Director and a Partner at Insitel/Asia Fund Advisory (SAF) based out of New Delhi. Sistema Asia Fund is a Series B fund focused on Indian tech and geography. The fund leverages Sistema’s international and domestic platforms to find, analyze, invest, and create value in Indian and Southeast Asian companies. Kirill co-developed the idea of the fund, co-launched SAF’s operations in late 2015, and led the first two deals in 2016.
Five years prior to Sistema, Kirill managed multiple venture capitalist deals in Russia – as a venture partner in European VC Fund, and as a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in Sovereign Nanotechnology Fund. He started his career at PwC, and then moved to investment banking where he managed M&A deals and corporate finance advisory for seven years. At present Kirill serves as Board Member for several Indian tech companies, such as Qwikcilver Solutions,a company that provides end-to-end stored-value card solution to retail and corporate customers in India.

Kirill is well versed in emerging markets in direct investments, M&A and management consulting and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Economics from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

RAGHU MENDUCo-Founder and General Partner – Ventureast
Raghu Mendu is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Ventureast. He was part of the team that was responsible for the pioneering privatization of a venture capital fund in India. He is a technology professional by training, and his investment focus covers the broad technology and services space including IT, mobile, education, hospitality, alternative energy and water.
Prior to co-founding Ventureast, Raghu had extensive corporate, entrepreneurial, and investment experience in the IT and banking industries in the US. He started a new subsidiary for Union Bank in Los Angeles called Union Bancsystems in the mid 1980s. Prior to this he was with Nixdorf Computer, first responsible for product development, and then for establishing the overall strategy and sales infrastructure for Nixdorf’s Financial Industries Group. As an entrepreneur, Raghu has built and sold three companies including one of the earliest technology product companies in India. He has also been involved in the acquisition of over eight companies as part of a US publicly listed rollup.

Raghu has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Along with his wife, Raghu has co-founded the “Heart of a Child Foundation”, a charitable organization focused on supporting research in the area of congenital heart defects.

Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva
Shivani Bhasin SachdevaFounder, Managing Director and CEO – India Alternatives
Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva is the Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of India Alternatives. Shivani has over 17 years of venture capital and private equity experience in the USA and in India at top venture capital and private equity funds including IDFC Private Equity, Lightyear Capital and GE Equity where she has been responsible for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring companies across various sectors.

Shivani has helped shape strategy at various companies at both the startup stage and growth stage through board level involvement and been instrumental in generating superior returns for her investors. Shivani is an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Mount Holyoke College (Massachusetts) and is a frequent speaker at multiple domestic and international conferences on private equity including the Indian Venture Capital Association, AVCJ, and SuperReturn in Europe.

SATEESH ANDRAManaging Partner – Ventureast
Sateesh Andra is a Managing Partner at Ventureast, primarily overseeing the Ventureast Tenet Fund. He has served on the boards of Little Eye Labs (Facebook) and is currently on the boards of Seclore, Vortex Engineering, SmartRX and DesiCrew. Having seen the complete cycle of fund raising, investments, and exits via association with Ventureast, DFJ and Euclid, Sateesh approaches venture funding by working patiently with entrepreneurs through their highs and lows, until success is achieved.
Sateesh has worked with venture-backed technology start-ups in the U.S and India for the past 16 years. Prior to joining Ventureast, Sateesh was Venture Partner and one of the founding members of Draper Fisher Jurvetson’s (DFJ) India Team. As a private investor, Sateesh has also invested in seed stage American and Indian venture capital funds.

Prior to DFJ, Sateesh co-founded Euclid (Synnex), a leader in the IT Management Software space and was instrumental in raising VC funding ($35 M+), acquiring and managing marquee customers and partners. He has also served in product marketing and engineering leadership roles at Tsqware (Conexant), LSI Logic, and VLSI Technology (Philips). Sateesh holds U.S. patents in Communications and Networking and has published several articles on Business-IT Alignment.

Sateesh has a B.Tech degree from JNTU, Hyderabad, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He is actively involved with the Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy with the objective of popularizing sports, and promoting fitness in the corporate world.

Sateesh is a professional table tennis player and is an advocate for Health Awareness Promotion Project India (HAPPI), which creates awareness about Non-Communicable Diseases among IT professionals.

VISHAL GUPTAFounder and CEO – Seclore
Vishal comes with more than a decade of experience in sales, marketing and business management. He is the Founder and CEO of Seclore and handles corporate development, investor relations and strategic vision.
Vishal is an IIT Bombay (Electrical Engineering) graduate and a specialist in biometric security systems. His ideation in fingerprint imaging led to the development of the core technology behind Herald Logic, a company he founded in 2000. The company showed record 220% CAGR, spreading to Singapore, Australia and UK.

Vishal is also an active participant in physics activities with the IAPT (Indian Association of Physics Teachers) and NSEP (National Standard Examination in Physics), he is amongst the top 1% in the country in physics.

Vishal is an active sports person, a keen blogger on information security solutions and an intrepid speaker at various information security forum.

ABHIJIT TANNUFounder and CTO – Seclore
Abhijit Tannu is Founder and CTO at Seclore, building innovative products and applications for enterprise security.
A technology architect at heart and an entrepreneur by his calling, he was also the Founder, Director & CTO at Herald Logic, the company he set up along with Vishal Gupta and others. In the past decade, Herald Logic has become a leading name in optimizing Sales Force and Channel effectiveness for Financial and Pharmaceutical companies.

In his 15-year experience, of which 8 have been as Head of Technology and Product Management, Abhijit has managed large turnkey projects, design & development and quality assurance, besides driving technology and innovations. In earlier positions, at Patni Computer Systems, Abhijit managed some of the largest projects and was involved in all aspects of delivery. He has also worked at Larsen & Toubro handling large turnkey projects.

Abhijit is an inventor of a technology product – IntelliPush – which is a rule-based engine which collects data from various sources, analyses it and performs actions as previously defined by the user.

Abhijit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.
