VISHAL GUPTA
Vishal is an IIT Bombay (Electrical Engineering) graduate and a specialist in biometric security systems. His ideation in fingerprint imaging led to the development of the core technology behind Herald Logic, a company he founded in 2000. The company showed record 220% CAGR, spreading to Singapore, Australia and UK.
Vishal is also an active participant in physics activities with the IAPT (Indian Association of Physics Teachers) and NSEP (National Standard Examination in Physics), he is amongst the top 1% in the country in physics.
Vishal is an active sports person, a keen blogger on information security solutions and an intrepid speaker at various information security forum.
ABHIJIT TANNU
A technology architect at heart and an entrepreneur by his calling, he was also the Founder, Director & CTO at Herald Logic, the company he set up along with Vishal Gupta and others. In the past decade, Herald Logic has become a leading name in optimizing Sales Force and Channel effectiveness for Financial and Pharmaceutical companies.
In his 26-year experience, of which 15 have been as Head of Technology and Product Management, Abhijit has managed large turnkey projects, design & development and quality assurance, besides driving technology and innovations. In earlier positions, at Patni Computer Systems, Abhijit managed some of the largest projects and was involved in all aspects of delivery. He has also worked at Larsen & Toubro handling large turnkey projects.
Abhijit is an inventor of a technology product – IntelliPush – which is a rule-based engine which collects data from various sources, analyses it and performs actions as previously defined by the user.
Abhijit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.
Product Management, Product Architecture, building product teams and trekking are his passions.
MANJUL KUBDE
As a Chief Product Architect, Manjul is the main driving force behind the Seclore’s elite product development team. She loves finding elegant solutions to complex problems but never loses her focus from quality and timeliness of the delivery.
Manjul is a technology enthusiast who has a rich experience of designing and building several complex products in past. Prior to Seclore, Manjul was part of Herald Logic where she built IntelliPush – a complex event processing engine designed for processing large volume of data through a set of configurable rules in real time. It was awarded by Stanford University in a global competition in 2002. Prior to Herald Logic, Manjul worked at Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Manjul has moved swiftly through many technologies and platforms from Linux to Windows to mobile platforms, from server side applications to desktop applications.
Manjul is a graduate in Mathematics and post graduate in Software Technology.
Manjul is a great cook. Travelling and reading are some of her other passions.
VISHAL GAURI
Vishal is an entrepreneurial leader with an exceptional set of accomplishments and professional capabilities. A successful business builder, Vishal in his past roles, has been instrumental in defining vision and strategy, developing new markets and expanding operations. As President of Nagarro, he led its growth across North America leading to its acquisition by Allgeier and subsequent public listing (FRA:NA9). He also co-founded IvyCap Ventures, a VC firm guided by an entrepreneur-centric investment approach. At IvyCap, Vishal led fundraising and investments initiatives, and provided strategic inputs for start-ups as an advisor/board member. Most recently, he was the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Incedo, a data analytics solutions firm.
As a technologist in his early career, he developed commercially successful products for General Electric and Lam Research. He is an inventor on 18 patents in areas such as composite materials, ceramic processing, UV technology and plasma reactors. He remains constantly curious with a relentless passion for learning new technologies.
Vishal holds a PhD from the Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi.
Beyond work, he enjoys biking, golf and board games during his leisure time. Vishal is an active supporter of social causes, where he serves as volunteer, board member or advisor.
JASBIR SINGH
Jasbir brings Seclore 30 years of international business and security technology expertise. A recognized computer and IT expert, he holds patents in Identity Security solutions and has founded and grown numerous successful, European-based IT companies. Examples include firms in the single-sign-on (SSO), digital content management, computer-aided design and systems management technology sectors.
For the last five years, Jasbir has served as strategic advisor and investor in high-growth ventures in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and United States. For instance, he helped fund and build Centrify’s European pre- and post-sales support center.
When he is not working, Jasbir enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and golfing.
PARAG SHAH
Parag brings ~15 years of experience across Private Equity, Business and Finance leadership. Prior to Seclore, Parag had successful stints at organizations such as ICICI Venture, Urban Ladder and EduPristine. In his last role, Parag was the CFO of EduPristine where he set up a corporate finance function and helped improve profitability for the business.
Parag is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. When not working, Parag loves travelling and is an avid wildlife photographer.
JIMMI JAMES
Jimmi brings more than a decade of international business leadership experience in the space of AI & Data Analytics, IT/ITES products and services. Prior to Seclore, he has had successful leadership stints as a global revenue leader at Onlinesales.ai, Quantiphi Analytics, Nintec BV and Tata Consultancy Services-Japan, and has had successful experiences of scaling start-ups from an early stage to achieve and then manage the hyper growth phase. He leads with an entrepreneurial and a global mindset and has a diversified experience of having operated in different countries, cultures and organisational structures, having led multiple international assignments and strategic initiatives across APAC, North America and Europe. He has a broad experience leading firms to a number of milestones while building and managing multiple functions in International Sales and Marketing, Consulting, GTM Strategy , Developing international markets, building high performance teams , managing investor and board engagement and more, to deliver accelerated revenue growth and business expansion.
He is also an advisor to the Harvard Business Review Advisory council, helps shape management and leadership content. He was a university gold medallist for his B.Tech program and also holds a MBA from Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore. Beyond work he enjoys his road-trips , plays badminton, or enjoys his jamming sessions with his band of musicians. He has been a professional sportsperson and believes sports has taught him a lot about resilient and servant leadership. He and his family also support social causes as volunteers / advisors.

Isaac has more than 25 years of experience accelerating the growth of large and small tech companies, including Microsoft, Splunk, NVIDIA, Cisco, Extrahop, and Qumulo.
His diverse career background spans roles in product, marketing, sales, engineering, and business development.
