Industry veteran brings 15 years of product strategy experience and expertise to Seclore
Seclore, the leading provider of Enterprise Rights Management solutions, today announced that security industry veteran and Senior Vice President of Products at FireEye, Manish Gupta, has joined Seclore as an Advisory Board member. Manish joins Seclore at a time when the company is rapidly expanding it’s line of products focused on making it easy for organizations to collaborate externally without worrying about security, privacy, or compliance.
Manish brings over 15 years of experience in the security industry, and has a proven track record in leading product management, product strategy, and product marketing at major corporations such as Cisco, McAfee, Redback Networks, and Intel. As a security visionary, Manish has seen how new innovations, that streamline day-to-day workflow, also come with many security risks and challenges for the enterprise.
“Increasing collaboration with external agencies, facilitated by cloud services and mobile devices, is creating the perfect storm for rights management,” said Manish Gupta. “Seclore’s next generation technology, proven at an enterprise scale, is invaluable and can help enterprises sail smoothly through the external collaboration storm.”
Seclore’s Enterprise Rights Management solution, FileSecure, is transforming Enterprise Rights Management (ERM) with innovations in ease of use, ease of integration, and support for a wide range of file types and devices. Using Seclore FileSecure, organizations are able to automatically enforce and audit granular usage controls, including who can utilize the file, what they can do with the file (view, edit, copy content, screen capture, re-distribute), and when and from where a user can access the file. The usage controls keep the information protected wherever it travels, and can be remotely modified or revoked by the document owner at any time.
“Manish’s deep expertise in security products is essential to Seclore as we rapidly scale and expand our product offerings” said Vishal Gupta, CEO at Seclore. “We are excited to have Manish as our advisor.”
Seclore offers an innovative Enterprise Rights Management solution, FileSecure, which enables organizations to control usage of files wherever they go, both within and outside of the organization’s boundaries. The ability to remotely enforce and audit who can view, edit, copy, and redistribute files empowers organizations to embrace mobility, file-sharing, and external collaboration with confidence.
Easy to deploy and use, Seclore extends the security of DLP, ECM, ERP and Mail/Messaging solutions to information that move beyond the perimeter. Seclore was recently recognized by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor’ and by Deloitte as one of the ‘50 Fastest Growing Technology Companies’ due to innovations in agentless receipt of protected documents.
