In this Notice, references to “Seclore” “we”, “us” or “our “shall mean the Seclore entities which may process your Personal Data. The relevant entities are listed out in Exhibit 1 (as amended from time to time).

By proceeding to use the website and accepting the Cookie Notice, you consent that we can collect and process the Personal Data that we may collect from you in accordance with this Notice.


Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Different pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, also constitutes Personal Data.


When you use our website, your interactions with our website, such as when you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, download informational content (e.g., whitepapers), or register for events or webinars, leads to collection of identifiers, which include your name, email address, and telephone number, professional or employment-related information, in case you opt to share such details with us.

While you access our website, we may gather certain information automatically and store it in the log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, user agent type, operating system, and date/time stamp. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyse trends, to disseminate aggregate usage patterns of all its users with a view to enhancing user experience and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.

Whenever practical we endeavour to inform you why we are collecting your Personal Data, how we intend to use and process that information and to whom we intend to disclose it at the time we collect your Personal Data.

  • for the purposes for which we collected it and related purposes which would be reasonably expected by you. For example, if you provide Personal Data in a marketing summit or by completing a website form, we may get in touch with you to promote Seclore products.
  • for other purposes to which you have consented (for an example we may get in touch with or send mails to SPOC identified in a PO or contract).
  • as otherwise authorised or required by law.
  1. In general, we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data so that we can do business together and for purposes connected with our products and services.
  2. Personal Data will not be used/disclosed by us to any third party other than those mentioned herein and will be collected for internal records and for improving or smooth functioning of our website or if required to be disclosed under the procedure established by law.
  3. We collect, analyse, and disseminate aggregate usage patterns of all the users with a view to enhancing user experience and providing/offering various services. This includes commercially utilizing and sharing the information with its subsidiaries, consultants, agents, and business associates as a general business practice.

We do not sell the Personal Data collected to third parties.


We may use information shared with us by you, including Personal Data, to fulfill contractual obligations with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or based on our legitimate interests. The legitimate interests we rely on for using your Personal Data may vary on case-to-case basis. Legal basis for processing Personal Data (EEA data subjects only) 

If you are a user of our website from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described above will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. In any case, we will generally collect Personal Data from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the Personal Data to fulfill contractual obligations with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.


We will keep your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we are collecting it or as may be required under legal interests /compliance or contractual necessity. We will delete or otherwise destroy your Personal Data as soon as practicably possible following termination, cancellation, or stoppage of your use of Seclore through the effect of termination of Seclore’s customer contract under which respective licenses were being provided.


We may share your Personal Data with your consent (provided herein), to provision of your access or use of the website.

  • We may share the Personal Data with the other Seclore entities, our consultants, counsels, and agents.
  • We may from time to time use certain third parties like business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors) to carry out certain activities on our behalf that involve the processing of Personal Data. This may include, but not be limited to, third party service providers or sub processors to provide support services or to provide the servers on which we host the data (such as Amazon Web Services) or implement security measures to protect your data. These third parties or sub processors have access to Personal Data needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. In all such cases, Seclore remains liable under applicable law for the processing of your Personal Data.
  • We may disclose your Personal Data to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation (including in connection with a court order, or meet national security requirements), or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions , or respond to claims and legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety or those of other users, our customers, employees or other third parties, or to stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity (including for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose Personal Data held by us to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party (or subject to a reorganization within our corporate group), Personal Data held by us will be one of the transferred assets.


Your Personal Data may be transferred to, and stored and processed in India, in the United States, in the European Economic Area (EEA) or in other countries outside the EEA, some of which do not provide equivalent protection for Personal Data. When transferring your Personal Data to processors located in countries outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or SCCs as a legal basis for transferring and processing such data.



You have the right to ask us to confirm what Personal Data we hold about you and provide you with a copy of that data. 


You have the right to ask us to correct any Personal Data that is inaccurate.


You have the right to ask us to remove your Personal Data where there is no good reason for us to continue to hold that data. 


You have the right to ask us to temporarily stop using your Personal Data if you are questioning our right to use that data and in other circumstances where that right is applicable. 


You have the right to ask us to stop using your Personal Data unless we can demonstrate a valid reason why we need to continue to hold that data. 


You have the right to ask us to provide you with the Personal Data that you have provided to us, in a structured and commonly used electronic format, or transmit that information back to you or directly to another company if that is technically feasible.  

Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose your Personal Data to you or comply with other requests.

For example, our servers are accessible only to authorized personnel and your information is shared with respective personnel on a need-to-know basis to complete the transaction and to provide the services requested by you.  

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Persona Data both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, however, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
