Seclore Hires Legal Expert, Lisa Popadic as Director of Legal Business Development
July 30, 2015 – San Francisco, CA – Seclore (boldfocusi37.sg-host.com), the leading provider of Information Rights Management (IRM) solutions, announced today that they have hired Lisa Popadic as their Director of Legal Business Development. Popadic will drive the use of Information Rights Management in the Legal market. Leveraging her extensive expertise, she will enable law firms and private companies to optimize the use of Seclore FileSecure’s Information Rights Management solution to mitigate security risk, privacy issues and compliance reporting requirements.
Popadic’s career spans more than twenty years at two international AMLaw 100 & 200 law firms. She is a veteran of all facets of eDiscovery, from leading teams of eDiscovery professionals in international and domestic collections, development of preservation protocols and data mapping, management of review processes to coordination of electronic productions. She was also recently involved with Sedona’s Working Group 11 – Data Security and Privacy Liability where she helped develop best practices with regard to data security and privacy breaches.
