External Threats
Protect Sensitive Data from Third-Party Threats
Prevent unauthorized external users from accessing your enterprise’s sensitive digital assets. Classify and protect digital assets, and track related activities, even outside your network. Secure your supply chain with complete visibility into how your enterprise data is being handled by third parties, and retain access and usage control after digital assets have been shared or downloaded. Now, if sensitive enterprise data is compromised as part of a breach, or shared with unintended recipients, you can revoke access at any time.

Make data breaches harmless
Investments in data security are rising, but so are the frequency, number, and cost of data breaches. It’s time to take a data-centric approach. Digital assets protected with Seclore are encrypted, and can only be accessed by authenticated users who have been added to the access control list (ACL). What this means is that even if digital assets containing sensitive data are exfiltrated by a malicious actor, those assets are still protected with bank-level encryption and security controls, effectively rendering any data breach of Seclore protected files “harmless.”
Retain control of your digital assets, regardless of who has them
Organizations can protect digital assets that contain sensitive or regulated information so they’re always safe. Protected digital assets remain visible and under organizational control even if they are exfiltrated in a breach or lost in a data leak.
Identity based access
Use your preferred identity provider (IdP) to authenticate users before they access Seclore protected assets, and enhance protection with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Complete external control
Track users who access protected digital assets, device/IP addresses, and which activities are blocked or allowed.
Visibility beyond the enterprise
Dynamically allow/block users from accessing protected digital assets, manage permissions, and revoke access at any time.
Supply chain security
Manufacturers often rely on third party designers, suppliers, and contractors to bring their products to market. They share business critical data and have no choice but to rely on trust-based safeguards like NDAs, vendor risk assessments and expensive audits or legacy perimeter based tools, all of which are slow, difficult to enforce, ineffective, and add a lot of friction. Seclore helps achieve true supply chain security with persistent protection, tracking, and usage controls for shared digital assets.

Mitigate external threats
Data encryption & EDRM
Digital assets can be encrypted at rest, in transit, and in use with AES-256 bit encryption. Information owners can also add access and usage rules to limit access to specific, authorized users only.
Geo-fencing and access revocation
Control access to data based on location, and revoke access to any user or group at any time, to prevent unauthorized cross-border sharing, mitigate compliance risks, and prevent unauthorized access.
Audit trail & activity reporting
Track and analyze internal or external user activity to identify risks, detect patterns, and generate audit-compliant reports.
Secure external collaboration
Integrate your cloud repositories (M365, Box etc.) to automatically protect sensitive data shared with third parties.

“We not only replaced our existing encryption solution with Seclore EDRM, but also integrated it into our PLM application. This allowed us to protect over 2.1 Million documents, many of which contained sensitive intellectual property (IP). We are now fully compliant with government and company-wide regulations, significantly reducing risk and enhancing operational integrity.”

“Shilpa shares over 1,000 documents back and forth each month, and 30+ authorized users from the Regulatory Affairs and Audit Departments protect and share an additional 400+ confidential files with external agencies.”

American Auto Co.
“We use Seclore for our RFP/RFQs where we need to share confidential designs to suppliers (who also service our competitors). Once the contract is awarded, Seclore enables us to revoke access to the CAD files and other requirement documents from the other suppliers — drastically reducing the risk of competitive theft.”
